Services and Capabilities - CNC Machining
Northwest Tool & Machine is a fully equipped with CNC turning centers and
CNC vertical machining centers. The equipment list for our CNC Machining department
is as follows:
CNC Milling
- 2006 Hardinge Brideport 1000 XP3 vertical machining center, 40 x 24 x 24" table travel (with 4th axis)
- 2004 Haas VF-5/50XT vertical machining center with 30HP spindle and 60 x 26 x
25" table travel (with 4th axis)
- 2000 Haas VF-3 vertical machining center with 20HP spindle and 40 x 20 x 25"
table travel (with 4th axis)
- 1997 Haas VF-2 vertical machining center with 30 x 16 x 20" table travel (with
4th axis)
CNC Turning
- 2001 Mazak Quick Turn 300L CNC turning center with 30HP spindle, 12" chuck, and
46" between centers
- 2006 Mazak Nexus Quick Turn 250 CNC turning center with 30HP spindle, 10" chuck, and 19" between centers
- 1995 Mazak Quick Turn 20 CNC turning center with 20HP spindle, 10" chuck, and
19" between centers
